Amorgos is a beautiful, small and unspoiled island on the southern side of the Cyclades group, famous for its picturesque architecture and the intense spiritual vibes.
You’ll be pampered in the 5-Star accommodations of the Aegialis Hotel & Spa for an amazing week in this beautiful location! A sanctuary with multiple yoga shalas on premises, an indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, gym/fitness center, full spa treatment center and beautiful room choices from shared spacious rooms to private, single rooms (price varies by room). The hotel is a quick walk from gorgeous sandy beaches and a quick ride to quaint villages and restaurants.
There will be optional planned excursions in addition to the two optional yoga classes per day. Optional excursions could include wine tastings, local cuisine, beautiful hikes, beach trips, snorkeling, donkey ride, dance lessons and more!
This is a true escape where you’ll be offered the opportunity to relax and renew or fill your schedule with all the area has to offer. EVERYTHING is optional. The spa itself is magnificent and worth exploring on its own. And the island is small and easily accessible to explore with the group or on your own.

Your yoga retreat includes 2 daily yoga practices and organic meals prepared by a personal chef and enjoyed around a traditional family-style table. Our days might find us exploring neighboring villages, visiting a centuries-old winery or simply resting, anticipating the authentic Tuscan dinner we’ll enjoy among our new friends.We will begin each day with an all levels morning practice and conclude most days with gentle yoga practices. There will be plenty of free time to relax by the pool at the restored 17th century villa, enjoy an optional massage or participate in one of the many optional activities. You’ll have the option to explore the local region through optional walks, bike rides and day trips to experience the beauty of this ancient region and its rich culinary heritage. Meals made from the freshest of local ingredients will be prepared for us by a personal chef and you even have the opportunity to partake in a cooking class with the chef and learn some of her secrets!
