How do I pre-register for classes?
We recommend that you pre-register for yoga classes, however we also welcome walk-ins to most classes. The easiest way to register is through our Darling Yoga app which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. If you sign up online, please be sure to come to the front desk when you arrive for class so we can officially check you in.

I'm a beginner. Which class is best for me?
Our Yoga Basics class is typically recommended for beginners but this varies based on the individual. For those looking for a more gentle experience, Relax and Restore and Meditate and Breathe are great options. For those with significant mobility or joint restrictions, we may recommend Chair Yoga to start. New to yoga, but in good physical shape? Feel free to try out our Flow or Yin Yoga classes. We're here to help you navigate these options and find the best class. See our Class Descriptions here or feel free to contact us for assistance!
What time should I show up for class?
We recommend showing up 5-15 minutes ahead of the class start time if possible. The studio is locked at the start time of class and during classes at times when the entry is unattended. We lock the door for the safety of the studio, students, and student belongings. It is important to try to make it on time or early for this reason. We highly recommend coming early so you can get set up in the room and as to not disrupt the class or others in the room.
The same is true for those attending via Zoom. Please arrive to the Zoom early if possible so you can get settled and get information in advance about props needed and the playlist for the class.

How will I know if a class is cancelled?
Classes may be cancelled or modified due to weather, a holiday, or to accommodate a special event or our monthly teacher training program. For this reason, we recommend that you check our live class schedule before heading to class. The easiest way to do this is through our branded app which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
Can I bring a friend or family member to class with me?
We appreciate your referrals! We offer one free guest pass every six months for our 12-Month Auto Renew and Annual Pass members. Spouses and live-in partners may also share a 10-Class pack. Kid's yoga packages are sharable with siblings only, please.
What if I need to leave the class early?
Please plan to stay for the entire class if possible. Remember, savasana is the most important pose! If you must leave early, please inform the instructor before class and exit the room quietly when you go.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing for yoga that you can easily move in. Typically yoga pants, leggings or long shorts are preferred. You will be barefoot in class but may choose to wear socks in our Restorative and Yin classes. In the winter months it is advised to wear layers for warmth.
What equipment do I need to bring? Do you have loaner mats?
You will need a yoga mat, but we have plenty of free loaners. We do suggest that you purchase your own mat if you plan to attend class regularly. We sell Jade, Gaiam Dry Grip and Kid’s Yoga mats in a variety of styles and colors in our boutique.
Do you offer a trial package for new students?
Yes, we offer a two week introductory package that you can use one time at your first visit to the studio. This allows you to try various class types and teachers to see which is right for you. See all Pricing Options Here.
Why do class packages expire?
In order to experience the full benefits of yoga, it is important to practice regularly. We know that sometimes life gets in the way, therefore we offer lots of flexible membership and package options to meet your goals, lifestyle and budget. We are able to extend discounts in return for bulk class purchases and commitments, which helps us to improve our business as well with more predictable income. If you are an out-of-town visitor or are unable to commit at this time, we also offer a drop in rate and a one-month no-commitment rate for you.
