Join Emily for our first 4th of July Free(dom) Class, Saturday, July 4th at 11:00 AM. This class will be a Mixed Level Flow and is completely free! Two ways to join us:
- Live Stream via Zoom: Sign up for the Virtual Class and you will receive a link to stream the class 30 minutes before the class start time.
- In-Studio: We have limited spots available in the studio. Sign up in advance and please review our COVID policies and procedures before heading to class.

Join us on Friday, June 19th, Juneteenth, Freedom Day. To celebrate this important day in American history, we are offering a special donation class Friday, June 19th @ noon.
This will be be a 60-minute live-streamed yoga flow for all levels with Emily. Donate what you can. All proceeds will be be donated to the American Civil Liberties Union - ACLU. For information on the great work that the ACLU is doing for the Black Lives Matter movement and other pressing civil liberties issues, visit aclu.org.
Please note that because this is a special donation class you will not be able to use your existing class pass or membership to attend, but you can donate as little as $2 to attend.
Please sign up at least 30 minutes prior to the class start time. We will send out the Zoom Meeting instructions 30 minutes before the class start time to all registered participants. We can accommodate up to 100 people in the Zoom class so we hope you will join us.
If you would prefer to attend this event in person, we have available spots for 14 people with our current social distancing regulations. You must email us for this event in advance if you wish to attend in person. We'd love to have you!

Are you interested in exploring a facet of yoga that holds within it the seeds of deep inner healing and expanded awareness? Would you like to learn how to chant freely and openly without worrying about whether or not you have a singing voice?
Whether you are brand new to yoga or are an experienced teacher who simply wants to deepen your understanding of and comfort with chanting, this workshop will bring new ease and enjoyment to this sacred and beautiful tradition that is an integral part of the world of yoga.
Participants will be led through simple and basic sounds, learning to comfortably and easily ‘ride’ the breath, a method that makes chanting both easy and relaxing. Participants will explore the ancient sound “Om”, the science and meaning of mantra, and will experience the beauty of chanting Patanjali’s yoga sutras, the sacred ‘threads’ that unlock the mystery of yoga philosophy. A variety of chants commonly used in yoga classes will also be taught.
