Restoring the Flow of Love ~
Ancestral Healing through Family Constellations
Date: Saturday, 1/18/25
Time: 2:00 - 6:00 PM CST Cost: $88 (Early Bird Pricing $10 off for Sign-ups by 12/17/24) FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS is a modality that is both practical and potent. This unique therapeutic approach can be done in a group or one-on-one setting with a trained facilitator. Sometimes, issues we experience in life are connected to challenges or events from the past - events which have somehow been excluded or were difficult to face in previous generations. Following a constellation, clients often report experiencing movement and flow in areas previously stuck or frozen. A constellation can explore a variety of themes including relationship & intimacy, self-expression or meaning & purpose. Looking through the lens of Family Constellations brings new awareness, order and understanding to things we are facing on a personal and collective level. Nancy completed her Family Constellations training in 2023 with Suzi Tucker. "You are not alone. You have generations of ancestors at your back. You have the blessing of interdependence and community. You have the great trees of the forest as steadfast allies. You have the turning of the seasons and the renewal of life as your music.“ ~ Jack Kornfield |

Bliss Body Lab - a winter self-care workshop
with Angela Minard
Date: Saturday, 2/1/25
Time: 1:00 - 3:30 PM CST Cost: $35 Join Angela for an afternoon dedicated to your self-care. We will explore the nourishing practices of Somatic Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra to delve into the many layers of stress that are stored within the subtle body. We will begin with a short Somatic Movement practice. This gentle practice encourages an inward sensory perception of our physical, emotional, and energetic bodies, with the intention of unwinding muscular tension, soothing pain, and regulating the nervous system. Our Yin Yoga practice will allow us to slow down, and conserve energy while in the depths of the winter season. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the meridian organ pair associated with Winter are the kidneys and urinary bladder. These organ pairs work to replenish our vital energy reserves which can easily become depleted during the winter months. We will close our practice with Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a meditation-like practice in which you will be guided to a deep state of conscious relaxation. While in this state between sleep and wakefulness, you are encouraged to truly turn inward and explore the workings of your inner landscape. 2 1/2 hrs CE for yoga teachers Cost: $35 |
