Tips to Prepare for class:
- Schedule your class, and arrive approx. 5 minutes in advance of the class time via the Zoom link (as mentioned above).
- Find a quiet spot for your practice.
- Make sure you have props that you like available. Suggested props include a yoga mat, yoga bolster (or firm pillow or cushion), 2 yoga blocks (or thick books), a yoga strap (or a towel), and an eyepillow (optional). Not all props will be used for every class. Relax and Restore and Yin classes are the most prop-heavy.
- You can add music for your class. Our teachers use Spotify and will often announce a specific playlist to accompany the class. We suggest playing this on a secondary device or in a second browser window during your class. If you have troubles hearing the instructor, we recommend using Airpods connected to your device.
