Join a Live Stream Class
- Register for an upcoming class in your Union.fit account. After selecting a class you wish to take, you'll be given the option to Register for In-Person or to Register for Zoom/Livestream. If attending the class virtually, please select the latter.
- When it's time for class, simply login to your Union account. While signed in to your Union.fit account, you should see your upcoming registrations below Next for You. *Pro-Tip: If you don't see Next for you on your screen, click the Union logo in the upper left corner or click Upcoming
- Approximately 5-10 mins before your class is set to begin, the button on the video will change to Join.
- Click Join to join the call!

Did you know you can take a class with us anytime? With our huge library of on-demand classes you can browse by class level, benefit or peak pose focus to find a class that's perfect for you. Take a Yin or Restorative class in the evening to promote good sleep, a Sunrise Flow class to start your day, or any class when you can find a quick break in your work-from-home schedule.

Tips to Prepare for quiet and ready space!
- Schedule your class in advance.
- Find a quiet spot for your practice and arrive approx. 5 minutes in advance of the class time.
- Make sure you have props that you like available. Suggested props include a yoga mat, yoga bolster (or firm pillow or cushion), 2 yoga blocks (or thick books), a yoga strap (or a towel), and an eyepillow (optional). Not all props will be used for every class. Relax and Restore and Yin classes are the most prop-heavy.
- You can add music for your class. Our teachers use Spotify and will often announce a specific playlist to accompany the class. We suggest playing this on a secondary device or in a second browser window during your class. If you have troubles hearing the instructor, we recommend using Airpods/Earbuds connected to your device.
