Hollie DaleRYT-200 |
Hollie was first introduced to yoga as a teenager but began a dedicated and regular practice in 2020. As she experienced the profound physical and spiritual effects of every facet of yoga, she began envisioning herself sharing these healing benefits with others.
Hollie has a background in horticultural therapy and working with at-risk youth, both as a professional and as a volunteer. She is an avid gardener and understands at a deep level how crucial it is for all of us to be connected to the natural world, and she brings this knowledge and understanding to her yoga teaching. She graduated from the YTT at Darling Yoga in 2021 and now teaches at Darling and as a volunteer through the JOCO Department of Corrections at a women's facility. Hollie's teaching style is thoughtful and mindful, with an emphasis on utilizing all facets of yoga to unity mind, body, and spirit. It is her goal for all types of people and every type of body to feel welcome and affirmed in her classes. |
