If you have completed any 200-hour or more teacher training program that meets the Yoga Alliance RYT-200 standards and would like to continue your education and practice, Darling Yoga offers a 300-hour advanced program to allow you to achieve your 500 hour Certification (Yoga Alliance RYT 500)

About our 300-HR Program
|
Where a 200 hour yoga teaching programs lays an excellent foundation for the continuing practitioner and interested teacher, the Advanced Studies Program takes the student to a new level of understanding and provides the tools to share the practice skillfully with a wide population. Delving deeply into the philosophical study and applications of yoga practice, an advanced teacher has the tools to share the teachings not only in traditional yoga settings, but to communities where the applied science may be an important tool.

Additional Requirements
In addition to the scheduled sessions with lead trainers listed above, students will need to fulfill 135 other approved contact hours in the following areas:
- Techniques, Training and Practice: 25 hours
- Anatomy and Physiology: 15 hours
- Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers: 25 hours
- Practicum: 10 hours
- Additional Hours to be distributed among 5 categories at RYS’ discretion: 60 hours

Recommended additional practice hours: 300-HR enrollees are encouraged to take public classes at Darling Yoga Saturday morning (class times at 7:30AM, 9:30AM and 11:00AM) or/in addition to other public classes offered during the week. |
Our 300-HR YTT program is module-based, which means you can join anytime. You will 'test out' of each weekend, and must complete all sessions in a 3-year period to graduate. Interested in joining us? Submit application below.

Opt 1 - Pay in Full: $3,150
Opt 2 - Two Installments of $1,650
Opt 3 - 10 Weekend Installments of $350
A $250 non-refundable is due at the time of application and will be deducted from the first payment.
Book Costs Separate - Approximately $75

No refunds unless due to change of school or instructors.
All students must be paid in full and have completed all curriculum to receive certificate which may be submitted to Yoga Alliance for registration.
