200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Completed

I have long believed in connection between mind and body. I first embarked on my yoga journey in 2008 as collegiate swimmer, implementing yogic principles such as meditation and breath work. These practices not only elevated my performance, but also equipped me with invaluable tools to navigate the pressures of competition. In transitioning from my athletic career, I dove into the physical practice of yoga, enhancing my strength, flexibility, and mobility. Since then, I have had the honor of learning from yoga teachers all across the world.

Today, I am so filled with gratitude as I get to share my wisdom of this sacred practice with people from all walks of life- including professional, collegiate, and amateur athletes. I strongly believe that implementing yogic tools into one’s every-day routine will ultimately change the world, one breath at a time.

“The world is filled with movement, what it needs is more conscious movement.” -B.K.S Iyengar
