Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues to promote circulation and encourage fascial release. Relax & Restore features gentle, supported postures to allow you to slip into a deep state of relaxation. Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of guided meditation used to induce deep relaxation and allow the central nervous system to begin healing while the body remains in a state of yogic sleep.
We are also now offering a monthly Sound Bath experience with crystal singing bowls to allow stress and tension to melt away.
