Christine's yoga journey began in 2008 when a friend's invitation led her to discover a profound sense of balance, both physically and spiritually, through flowing movements. Each time she steps onto her mat, she finds a renewed sense of peace and calm.
Inspired by the transformative mental and physical benefits of yoga, Christine deepened her practice, completing her RYT-200 in 2025 under the guidance of Emily Darling and Melanie Nicsinger.
She is passionate about sharing the joy of yoga, encouraging students to release the outside world, embrace their authentic selves, and connect with their inner voice through mindful movement and breath. Her goal is for every student to leave feeling calmer, more complete, and stronger. She believes that the true strength of yoga lies in its ability to connect us to our inner peace.
