RYT 200 Yoga Teacher
Yoga became a sacred journey for Kimberly when she took her first Yin class at Darling Yoga 10 years ago. Through the years, she found healing, transformation, and self-acceptance through her daily practice. Her passion for yoga led her to Yoga Teacher Training with Emily Darling and Christy Burnette in 2020. She teaches a Vinyasa style flow which aligns the mind, body, and spirit with a challenging yet soft touch; incorporating breath work and mindfulness to create a nurturing moving meditation.
Kimberly is inspired by the 8 limbed path of yoga, as a lifestyle to be lived each and every day.
