Yoga for Wrist & Hand

In this workshop we will begin with a self hand massage which will lead into a restful guided imagery meditation to increase awareness of our fingers, hands, and wrists.
We will learn and practice specific movements, stretches, and breathing techniques developed for working and over-worked hands.
We will learn how to safely work with any physical challenges to increase mobility.
We will end with a hand-wax therapy Savasana and healing guided imagery.
Whether your hands work at a keyboard 9 to 5, pull weed and plant flowers with a vengeance, play the piano, feel the on-slot of arthritis or carpel tunnel syndrome... or if you know someone's hands that do; this workshop will offer tips and tools to help you find ways to manage any discomfort. We will learn with an emphasis on healing-acceptance. Come prepared to learn, have fun, and relax. Your hands will thank you!
