Previous yoga experience is recommended. Build heat, stamina, and flexibility through challenging yoga flows. The pace is vigorous, so be prepared to sweat!
| Back To Top | View Class Schedule | Deep Stretch |
A series of stretches held for several minutes each to encourage flexibility through the progressive release of connective tissue (fascia). Stress and injury restrict blood flow causing both physical and emotional stiffness and pain. This class will focus on the large muscle groups that commonly hold stress such as the hips, lower back and shoulders. This is a great class for both beginners and advanced yogis and is a recommended compliment to an active practice.

Free 30-Minute Pranyama
The study of Pranayama includes a variety of yoga breathing techniques along with the study of mudras (hand positions) and bandhas (energy locks). A Pranayama practice helps create a meditative state while it expands the flow of energy throughout the body, allowing you to be more present and connected with others and more attuned to your own inner self. A Pranayama practice can help you find calmness when you are agitated, give you energy and focus when you're feeling down, and help you find a sense of connectedness that can ground you through times of stress or grief. Perfect for yoga students at any level. Saturday Mornings at 8:45am.
