Are you a Beginner?
Never fear... Following is the information you need to attend your first yoga class with confidence!
- You do not need to Pre-Register for yoga classes with us. Simply arrive for any class on our schedule five minutes ahead of time and we will take care of you!
- The Yoga Basics class is recommended for beginners. The Restorative, Deep Stretch, and Hatha Flow classes are also open for beginners.
- Be aware that the studio is sometimes locked during classes at times when the entry is unattended. It is important to try to make it on time for this reason. We do allow about 5 minutes before locking the door for your convenience especially during rush hour.
- Please plan to stay for the entire class if possible. If you must leave early, please inform the instructor before class and exit the room quietly when you go.
- Wear comfortable clothing for yoga that you can easily move in. You will be barefoot in class.
- We offer plenty of space to leave your belongings in our cubbies and closets. We also have large restrooms equipped with brand new showers.
- You will need a yoga mat, but we have plenty of free loaners. We do suggest that you purchase your own mat if you plan to attend class regularly. We also sell mats of various styles and colors in our boutique.
- Last but not least, we offer a New Student Special that you can use one time at your first visit to the studio. The rate is $20 for 14 days unlimited classes. This allows you to try various class types and teachers to see which is right for you.
